Deleting the account

There is no way delete our own account by ourself?
Because I've been watching the options of the forum and I don't find anything.

Nothing personal, it's just I have made a new email and want to start over again by making a new account.
(And besides, I lost the password of my older email and of this one by deleting the file who contains all my passwords.)
