I have wondered that thing about the flying carpet myself before, but I always theorised he was referring to one of those girls you see in the pictures above. I still think that the girl with the red hair served as the inspiration for Mona in WarioWare. Until now I never knew that black shape in the middle of the Diamond City skyline is supposed to be a bridge seen from below. I feel a bit dumb now.
