You very much can trust me on that one, to give some context the charge in Sports Mix's Basketball is initiated if you block an opposing player who has the ball, for a certain period of time, you can see Luigi's attack for that kind of situation in this video (5 minutes in) :Yeah, it's not the clearest picture.
