Ballon Kid is a serial killer and broke the bird men's wings. That's why they fly with ballons. As for that obnoxious background noise? Those are the screams of immense pain because of their badly damaged wings but they need to flap as hard as they can if they wanna escape death via the sadistic ballon kid.

Enslave innocent animals via brutal beating, training the enslaved animals by brutally beating otter innocent animals to death, and using those enslaved animals to fight otter peoples animals, despise the current condition the of animal (poisoned, paralyzed, ect.), and with hundreds to thousands of dollars on the line, to be the very best that no one ever was.

Super Mario Land 2: your "supposed" cousin steals your home while you're away, and you're forced to go through your own security system of death traps just to get it back.

The Legend of Zelda: A kid has to save his home kingdom and its ungrateful princess from the clutches of a demon on repeated reincarnations, just for the entertainment of some godesses who have a fetiche for triangles.

Well there is that whole thing about Pac-Man is cross dressing as Ms. Pac-Man. But wait, they appear together and even reproduced so Pac-Man isn't a cross dresser. They both carry the Pac-Man name yet she is Ms.
