I like Waluigi and I don't really mind who created him, he's a good character and the creators did a good job bringing Waluigi to the world.

To be honest, if we ever did get a waluigi spinoff, it would have something to do with water. Super Waluigi sunshine anyone? Not sure what you could actually do with the guy..
