Ive heard good things about Heyman though Ive never seen them myself : p Im not going out of my way to doubt him or anything though : p
Actually the only thing I have against Heyman is how he put down WCW, by claiming they got big by stealing his idea, by saying that nWo was just a ripoff of ECW. I dont think the two are in anyway equal, and I think hes giving himself much too much credit there : p
(I probly sound like some sort of hardcore WCW fanatic, Im really not : p I mean theyre my favorite and I argue that they have become underrated and unjustly looked down on but even still I totally know they were far from perfect)
And haha, WCW were the masters of cheesy generic keyboard guitar rock themes : p Like that doesnt even fit his persona : p Its pretty terrible : p
Actually thats something Id really really like to see, I wish someone would like take themes of famous wrestlers who jumped ship and like compare their themes from one company to the other. Would be really really cool : p
Man Sting really did look like a comic book character, really glad this toy line used the crow Sting.
Considering during the 90s he had a huge shift from his surfer get up to his more anti-hero look with that baseball bat.
This Joker Sting was his creepiest look yet. Having undergone so many changes and it just all ends up with going back to his crow get up which is probably his best look.
Haha I really want that Sting doll : p Oh and I liked Vader, haha he was way cool. Have you guys seen his guest appearance on Boy Meets World? It was way cool : p
Oh that reminds me, Ive been thinking bout just picking a random wrestler and following their career, watch all their matches and learn more about them and junk. I was thinking about Rick Rude while at work, but maybe Ill do Big Van Vader (spelling?) instead : p
And haha as much as I absolutely love Sting's face paint, I hate the joker gimmick : p Surfer Sting and Crow Sting were awesome though : p
I think there isn't much comparison to be made outside of each promotion's top guys since WCW mostly used generic stock music for their midcarders and jobbers. That being said I liked Goldberg's WCW theme more than his WWE one even if it was just a generic track in WCW.
Lately I've been following Bret Hart's career after I've been reading his book which I need to get back to soon.
I really like Goldbergs theme too : p While I agree that WCW did use alot of generic themes, I do think they had some of the best themes ever. I dont think they were that bad at it : p Besides the nWo theme is like the most recognizable theme ever : p
"WE ARE IN CONTROL!"
I liked Bret Hart as a kid, actually. I thought he was way cool : p For some reason though I have a harder time liking him now, though : p Dunno why.
Hahaha, that insanely deep NWO, I loved how ridiculous those enterances were : p I always imagined the sound guys just went crazy with the voice clips on the sound board when nWo members came out : p
And I liked Bagwell btw, he was neat. Is too bad he never made it real big. WWE fans booed him and Booker merely cuz they were WCW, which apparently affected his career badly. Is a bummer. (Also neck injury I guess)
