Remember playing in actual arcade cabinets, one of the best games around was Hotd. It had some of the most comical dubbing imaginable, then you got the whole RELOAD RELOAD RELOAD. Spend a good chunk of money on it, as well as on fighting games especially KoF 96' and Guilty Gear, it's one of the series which amazing music that's much like heavy metal.
