A ground pound from a high place can one hit kill the yellow drill fish thing in the water. You know, this one:

So then the battle literally becomes near impossible to lose, since the boss itself cannot physically harm you on contact, Wario can't drown and til the bat thing disappears, his spike ball attacks don't do damage either.

Pretty cool actually. How every enemy in the game seemingly has one weakness or another, even if you didn't think to try it...

So it's the same basic case as with Monsoon Jungle's crocodiles? Indeed it does seem like water creatures especially are a pain when it comes to figuring out how to kill them... That begs the question, does this fish have a death animation?

I think it just puffs out of existence.
