You're limited to 255 button presses apparently, and there's no music. Also, don't beat the level, otherwise it overrides your save file.

There's also one to replay boss battles (without beating the final boss):

So yeah, you can thank Tiger21820 from Gaming Reinvented for that. Could be an interesting thing to mess around with!

I think what he means is:
If you wait on the title screen long enought, the game will load a gameplay demo.
Aand with this code, you can record your own ganeplay demo, kind of like recording a custom SMW Title Screen...
