That's how I like to imagine Wario is. I like the lazy eye, and incorporate it whenever I draw Wario in any fashion.
I'm actually a Communist, not that it has anything to do with Wario.

Holy crap, that Wario drawing could pass for a genuine concept sketch of an official Wario artwork. And that Joseph Stalin portrait is very beautiful and realistically drawn. If you're a Communist, have you ever considered drawing this (perhaps unintentionally) very artistical photograph of Lenin?
