I know this is going to sound really bizarre, but one of the things that has me most excited about Smash Ultimate is the possibility of new Switch profile icons, especially if we have one of each playable character. I think it's completely ridiculous that the switch has been out for almost two years now and we still don't have a Wario icon for it, and none of the existing Switch profile icons really tickle my fancy.

In this path he fights powerfull enemies. I guess this theme is accurate for classic mode's route, titled "I'm-a gonna win"?
Someone in the comments told me that he fights strong characters like himself, and another said they reminded them of Wario Land Bosses

Feels more like the first one. I guess King K. Rool can be Rudy, Charizard is a Demon Head from VBWL(?) and Incineroar is the Shake King, but I can't really come up with many things, it can referense. Maybe all 6 Shake it bosses?

I just did the Captain Syrup spirit battle and noticed something interesting.

It took place on the Pirate Ship stage and Syrup was bound to Bayonetta. Thing is, the two were accompanied by a giant grey King Dedede, who was very likely meant to be a shout out to Bobo in his Land 1 appearence.

It should have taken place in a castle, since that's when you fight Captain Syrup in WL1

That's awesome, Ultimate is sure giving Wario Land the respect it deserves.
