Wario's been around 26 years? That's pretty cool, especially given it's likely also about his age in the series too (Mario is 26 anyway, and Wario was around the same age in the games and comics).

Also goes to show just how much staying power his games have too. I mean, you never think about it, but the Wario series is arguably one of the older ones in the gaming world, with the first game dating back 24 years. That's pretty impressive really, especially given how young many popular series are right now.

So happy birthday Wario! May you keep getting games for years to come.

They are hardly ever played though. Many people remember them, but only from the past, it seems like.
