What could this mean?
That we will see Wario in Smash Bros. 4 soon?
That Nintendo will anounce something Wario-related at E3?
A new game?
Or does it mean nothing at all?

I think it's most likely about Wario in Smash Bros. 4.
After all "get Wario on someone" sounds like they're talking about fighting.

Now I just hope "getting Wario on someone" doesn't involve farting or anything. -.-

Ugh, Brawls bastardization of Wario, killed any respect that the SSB series could have ever gotten from me.:-/
The tweet probably refers to smash, but I do hope that we get something actually decent, like Idunno: a new land/ware game,Wario themed DLC for Mario Kart 8 (if only...) or something completely new...
