From the ¨hat-era¨: the Dragon Cap. From the transformations? Hard to say, but I think fire Wario. There's jsut something funny about seeing Wario running hysterically while his butt is on fire.

Snowball Wario is always really satisfying for me, especially in WL4 (but honestly, even normal rolling in that game is really satisfying)

Bull Wario for me. Hope they bring him back in a new game.
King Dragon Wario from VB Wario Land is formidable, however I do like Bull Wario just as much. The horned viking-style helmet befits Wario's looting and plundering (although thankfully he leaves out the raping).
Vampire Wario! I love the concept. I also love how he was included in the 3rd Level of Wet Your Whistle in WarioWare Gold.

Though to be honest I actually prefer regular old Dragon Wario from WL1.
