I'm personally gonna say Libertarian, since he seems like someone who cares about nothing other than money and the ability to do whatever the hell he wants. He doesn't seem like he'd be particularly interested in ethical issues or environmental ones or anything religious, so it feels unlikely he'd end up associating with the big parties in either the US or UK.

Honestly I could see Wario being into environmental causes but there's a catch, he wouldn't actually care about the cause but it would benefit him in some way. Like say for example he discovered a new green energy some how, all he will talk about is how bad pollution and whatever but really he's a hypocrite just so he would be able to sell his products. That could apply to whatever cause, not just environmentalism.

And if he finds oil, you know dang well he's gonna switch sides and say that climate change is a scam.
