definitely a close second for me on the background alone, i like how it gives a colour book esq feel, kinda fits pre WL4 era wario.

There's a thread here showing the only difference and that would be a fish being slightly bigger, its literally the exact same as all gameboy games though.

As much as I love the Super Game Boy, I think the colour choices in WL2 were a bit too dull, just different shades of the same colour. Donkey Kong '94 I feel was a much better example of good 4-colour palette choices.
