It is honestly a super tough one, because Get It Together! has more replay value and content, while Move It! brings back the traditional style of gameplay and fully voice acted cutscenes. I think I just have a soft spot for it because I grew up with Smooth Moves, and because I just love all the goofy looking 3D models in the microgames.
I haven't played Move It! yet but I do want to since I really like Smooth Moves. Though, I don't know if it'll top GiT for me. I have some kind of weird attachment to it due to me first playing when I was at the hospital. I don't know how but something about it just seems appealing to me even though I don't enjoy playing it that much.
I haven't played Move It, so I can't say for certain, but I do think Get It Together is the winner here, if only because the playable characters gimmick makes it stand out more than Move It, which is just a sequel to Smooth Moves.
i prefer get it together because i get more fun out of it, however that's not to say that move it isn't enjoyable too, they're both great in my opinion
