Wario has a cooler mustache, supple tits, an ass that don't lie, and he lifts in WL4 which is why his arms are great.
As much as I like Wario, I have to go with Waluigi on this one. He's an amazing dancer, he shows a romantic side to him, yet he's also not afraid to be a little risqué. Also, I like the more tall and thin form he has going on. There's that too.
