Your voice

Yeah...I sound like a girl. : (

Tsk. Tsk. If you're really not happy with your voice you can always try elocution lessons. Many actors and singers have to do that.
Even looking around online and practicing speaking exercises can help shape the kind of individual you aspire to be tomorrow. Just remember you're still very young, so you haven't fully developed yet. Take it easy, chief.

I'm 17, almost an adult...and I sound like a girl...plot twist, I am a girl! dun dun dunnn.

@MonaWare
Since I live very far away from areas that way I have noticed accents from people who live close or similar to the midwest where you're at. I feel like they pronounce certain words that seem to last forever as CMV said the video/veedeeo thing is just but one thing I've noticed too.

Also sounding like the Kanker sisters? Nice, I hope it's Marie.

@Metal Haha yeah? Ive heard about some weird things we say, but sadly I dont remember them : p But I can see the drawing out words thing you said yeah : p

And sadly no its not Marie : p Definitely more like the other two : p

And I say mihlk, haha who even says mehlk? : p

Oh btw this isnt totally the same, but do you guys say pop or soda?

@MonaWare Lee maybe? haha, apparently some people say mehlk but never heard of it either. Over here just soda, never heard of pop at all.

Kinda but I think more like May maybe : p At least in terms of tone I mean. Kinda squeeky but kinda deepish : p

Oh and I read this about Marie just now : p
Main article: Marie

Marie is considered the smartest of the Kankers. Unlike her sister Lee, she is more prone to thinking before she acts, although she is also short-tempered and actually flies into a rage more readily than her sisters. She is known to be somewhat good at art, which may hint at hidden depths. She has the shortest hair of all the Kankers, and her voice has a bit of a Midwestern accent.

So I guess I talk like her : p

And I also say soda : p Oh and @Magma, I work with someone who is from your state, and haha yeah apparently they say pop : p

I say soda, and most people around here do too, but we get a few pops here and there : p I also say sneaker over tennis shoes I think.

In Australia we call soda "soft drink" or "fizzy drink" or a few other things I'm forgetting.... Also, native Australians (aborigines) call it "lolly water", which I've always loved the sound of.

That scene above from Jurassic Park was my favourite soda-related movie scene when I was a kid.

Soft drink is kinda cumbersome though : p Too many syllables, haha : p

And I dont have a favorite soda related movie scene ; _ ; Will have to work on finding one : p

Id liked to hear Angler's voice, I bet he has an awesome accent : p

Since Angler is Australian I'd like to imagine he sounds like Angus Young, that'd be rad. Either way I actually really like that continent it's got the most interesting animals, box jellyfish-kun.

Don't really have a soda scene from anything either however going back to the sneakers and tennis shoes thing, I've never really heard sneakers here only on t.v. This could also be due to being around Spanish speakrs. My mom and everyone I know who speaks it just say " tennis shoes " but with an accent, nobody I heard of has ever called them sneakers let it be in America or the neighboring countries in Centeral and South america.
