It always annoyed me, since it basically locked useful information behind a login wall, and kept it at the mercy of a faceless corporation that could just delete everything at any time. It's especially problematic for modding and speedrunning... -

Basically Ashley is portrayed to much shyer and younger in Japan. I remember seeing a video that talks about it pretty well: It's more about trying to find out what Ashley's age is but it does cover that topic. -
