I doubt it. I don't see how GiT would benefit from the Switch 2. As for Move It, it could implement mic microgames but I don't think Nintendo will be interested to spend resources on the game seeing its sales.
Like say, WarioWare: Get It Together and WarioWare: Move It? Would Nintendo potentially release an update or free DLC for them, like they did with Donkey Kong Country Returns HD?
