Man playing through this game on NSO has given me such a huge appetite for a new 3D Wario platformer. I think I officially want that more than a new Wario Land now.
Well we finally got to see the NSO release of VB Wario Land in action in the latest trailer. Still don't know why it wasn't in the first trailer...but whatever, who cares, VB Wario Land was confirmed to be one of the games that'll be available...
I've been thinking about this recently.
However, the current Switch and Switch2 provide a fair number of Wario games.
・WarioWare Get It Together
・WarioWare Move it
・Wario's Wood
・Wario Land 3
・WarioWare Inc Maga Microgames
・Wario Land 4
・Mario...

There are two types of bosses, arena type bosses where transformations will knock you out of the ring, and traditional health type bosses that may or may not include transformations that will stall for time when racing against the clock such as...
It's something I would like in a Wario Land sequel for sure. I suspect the main reason they didn't build fights around them is because, like CM30 said, a lot of them either revolve around unpredictable, forced movement (Flaming, Ball 'o String...
I'd say I'd rather have a health bar or else the game will be usually punishing in very unfun ways like giving you transformation which will waste your time which very annoying to say the least.
