Oh, a Wario Land or WarioWare themed area would be interesting for sure. Not sure what the attractions could be though. I guess things like microgames would take the place of the Mario band activities in Super Nintendo World for an area like that? -

Or other Nintendo related attractions worldwide? I've not been myself, though I do definitely feel like it's somewhere I want to go at some point, especially if other Nintendo franchises get areas and attractions there.

It's wild how many indie games Wario has inspired. Feel like we've almost beaten the Mother series at this point.
