So I've been extracting the sound files of Wario Ware for the gamecube, it turns out that there are instruments in there that are used in Wario Land 4, and they are of VERY good quality!

I've been editing the soundfont (.sf2) file from Wario Land 4 and use it to play the ripped .midi files using Foobar.

Here's the result of Hall of Hieroglyphs:

Ah, the electric organ, one of my favorite instruments in all it's HQ glory! Too bad that clip ended just at my favorite part.
I would like to hear Toy Block Tower or Hotel Horror at this quality.

Don't worry, we're getting quite a few songs. ^^
Thing is, not all of WL4's instruments were used in Mega Party games. Some clips are absent, some are changed, some seem to be the same but sound very different.
But the songs still sound great regardless. :D
 
The midi files of Toy Block Tower, Hotel Horror and Crescent Moon Village that are ripped from Wario Land 4 are broken. I am investigating to get them fixed myself. Unless someone could provide me with the fixed midis.

Are the WL4 MIDIS ripped from the game? I think due to the formatting some if not all of the MIDIs might have to be slightly rearranged by hand(ear?)

Yes they are ripped from the game using 'gbamusriper'. Some midi lose their loop points or instruments.
Fixing the midis seems to be a struggle. I fixed the notes in FL studio, but when exported, it loses the looping points and it uses the wrong instruments from the soundfont. I am still investigating.
