    It's wild that it actually got finished after being in development for nearly 20 years. Huge props to the team for sticking with it and not giving up.

    I played it for a bit (then forgot about it) but it's definitely interesting. I like the more open larger stages though sometimes it is a bit tedious to navigate. A shame there was no custom music though. I should finish it some time.

    I very much second this, even though I haven't given it a recent playthrough. It will definitely be included in my biannual Wario Land marathon for a revisit!
    As someone who's not head-over-heels in love with 4, this mod felt much more advanced in terms of how it squeezed out the potential of Wario's moveset, in a similar way WL3 did.

    I got all the diamonds, jewel pieces, killed every enemy and still made it back with a full minute to spare. They could've shaved off a minute or a minute and a half easy.

    Did anyone else ever think Crescent Moon Village and Hotel Horror were both in the same place?

    I'm willing to bet it was originally one level but they cut it in half thinking it was too long.

    I don't think I would've mind it as one long level, since they're two of my favourite stages, but I can see how it might turn some people off. Especially if you're playing on S-Hard and then you die and have to start all over again.

    That's pretty much exactly what AntonBlast did, which is why I was grateful it had checkpoints. Because if I had to do Pinball Mire from the very beginning again, that wouldn't have been a pretty site. Especially since you only get 3 lives.

    Yeah, the AntonBlast levels are really REALLY long. It's fun, but it's a bit tedious at times. Like some of those levels could have been 3 levels imo. Like the 2 different parts of Botanic Brouha. Haven't finished it, I did the first Hell stage for now. It's been really fun!

    I feel that. I think I would've preferred if AntonBlast had 16 levels instead of 12. Sure some of them are much bigger than WL4's levels, but some of them got pretty tiddeous.

    I did like Mysterious Glasshouse though. Which is funny since it's the longest stage in the game. I just found it the most unique one and the second most faithful stage to WL4.
