My thread has been christened "the worst thread on this site". I can hardly imagine that this is actually the case, given the incredibly strange deadpools that the Metal+CMV crime duo has spawned together, but I think the fact that I say pretty much everything in that thread legitimately is what pushes some emotionally guarded losers to pin it as cringe material.

Apparently there are a lot of artists who (eventually) up and fuck off when people either A) steal their art or B) break some other such rule put in place or wishes the artist expressed, in posting it elsewhere online. A) is a little bit harder to combat against, but in the case of B) you could avoid this by posting it on those other places yourself. In the end, the artist disappears, usually taking all of their art with them, and in some cases pigmask colonel basically committing internet suicide. It's a goddamn shame that the shit happens (because stupid people ruin everything, just by being themselves ), made worse when the victim caves, or decides to punish the majority for whatever bullshit was caused by the minority. Like, you may have the distribution rights, so to speak, but I honestly wonder how people who willingly deprive the world of art can sleep at night. The what-if's, could've-beens, and should-be's in the artistic world, those expressions of yearning for something that is either fully or partially out-of-reach. Incomplete soundtracks, missing pieces to, uhh, those little foldy wooden stories like in God of War, glimpses at an art style that is for the most part out of commission, all that shit. WHAT WAS LOST

I haven't watched The Black Hole in almost two years, but now that I have again, I was able to finally appreciate just how fucking fantastic the cinematography is. Literally, you could take a screencap of any shot from that movie and use it on a publicity poster if you wanted to. Some of the negatives regarding the production are glaring enough to be obnoxious once someone's pointed them out to you-- so I will not do so. It's nothing stellar (kek), but for what it's worth I find this particular space opera to be out-of-this-world (roflolomg).

At C#6, it switches over to the sample used for lower octaves, which A) makes the instrument start sounding unlike its own self past C5, and sounding like shit past F5

This weekend I'm taking my copy of Tak 2 to Nana's house with me, so I can check to make sure it's just my PS2 cocking up and not my disc.
If it's my disc (which I fear it may be, since it's always worked before), then that means after 15 years of faithful service, my very first video game I could call my own will have finally died, and I'll have to get a new one. Tak 1 may not be all that far behind, seeing as how Mummy Tombs won't fucking load a second time if you complete the entire goddamn area and then leave because hey you wanted to spice things up and do it first and then you come back 130~ yorbels later only to find out that your save file is now bunkum ~FUCK~

Okay, so as some of you remember, some time ago I had a crusade tirade against Reason 10 (I was totally being a neophobic coward retard, as usual, I just didn't know about the neophobia part yet). And in regards to that, I gotta say, unlike an arsey navigation system, arresting my entire sound playback is approximately 151% more bullshit. I tried to play an mp3 MS sent me, only for Groove Mixer to say "sorry nigra, some other bitchass has done stolen your entire audio".
THEN I find that can't drag and drop the mp3 into Pro Tools, from Chrome... OR from Windows Explorer. And THEN when I navigate to C:\Downloads and find the mp3, the fucker has the audacity to tell me that I can't listen to it because I don't have QuickTime installed. ???? Negro just ask me to fucking locate lame.dll and I'll do it! ...The fact that you've been around since 199fucking3 makes A LOT of sense right about now, Pro TOOL.
So anyways I said fuck you and closed PT, then immediately all my other sound-based programs were available to me again.
Like, SERIOUSLY? You won't play any sound back because Microsoft SYNTH GS is in use???

Whiskey & Green Tea's chorus SOUNDS good, but attempting to copy that shit down is ridiculous.
Pools of the Ancient Dead is more workable, but for some reason despite being in the correct time signature there's an extra goddamn 2 beats past the One Measure point. If it's 10/8 then why the fUCK are there STILL eight beats in a measure??? 5/4 gives you 5 beats in a measure, what in the gODdamn hell
