My trusty pair of
BASS JAXX TITAN headphones started shorting out today. They developed a problem where at certain angles they would exhibit symptoms of phase inversion-- they'd swap to Mono, and from what I can tell, center-panned signals specifically would cut out. The poor thing was living on borrowed time though, and I knew it.
SO. I've switched over to
the extra pair of this exact model of headphone that I got this past Christmas . I'd been using the other pair for... well, I'm pretty sure I'd been using them since a little ways into my SoundCloud career. So, a little bit over two years I'd been using them, then. I'd actually forgotten that the earphones were made with a false cowhide pattern. Not to mention that they used to cancel out background noise a good amount, like this new pair does.
Thank you,
Titan I, for o'er two years of excellent service. May your cardboard crypt protect you forever,
and may your successor live up to your legacy. May this successor also be more accepting of my rather lărge head.
