Funnily enough I never considered MoD as particularly bad-looking at all, decent, at least. I hate the controls and design of MoD but I don't think I've ever thought the game's graphics were as lacking.

The only plausible way I could see the Ware cast in a Land game is if they were to host minigames or sets of microgames, and/or makeshift shops where you get them, a la the Game and Item shops in WL4. Given that the Wario Land games are no stranger to minigames in pretty much all installments...
