I would love to see any of the Wario characters make it into Mario Party and Mario Kart, or any of the sports game.
I think Ashley would have the highest chance to appear in a Mario spin-off, so far she's the only character of Warioware to make it into a Mario game (Mario Maker.) She would be great for Mario Kart, her in a little kart! awww! so cute~ :3

Well obviously, this is a cartoon world, don't you know that toons are almost impossible to kill. I'm serious, it's almost impossible, it's like they're gods but somewhat weaker.
That may be true, but they still must feel pain I imagine. Ashley being smacked with blue shells, like all she ever does is stay at home. Being blown up, falling to ones doom, kicking screwed over by bowser, such as taking her coins and hard earned stars she might of stolen! All that will be new!...and she'll kick everyone's asses...aside from Luigi, Luigi just doing his own thing.

Well it should probably be normal to them, like falling in lava always sends them flying back up, except Bowser, he died. Also I wouldn't feel too bad that she'll get hit by a blue shell, I mean the babies had already been hit by everything.
omg, yes! if Babies can handle being blown up by a blue death shell so can Ashley! If baby Mario dies in Mario Kart by an item, does this mean Mario will fade out of existence!?
If they have those special items like in MKDD back Ashley's special item should be her wand that lock on to somebody in front of you, unlike a red shell it can hit even if they have an item protecting them.

Honestly I'm surprised Mario isn't so dumb by hitting his baby self by rolling over them in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. You'd think that would ruin a part of his brain.

That's probably the reason he was dumb enough to do so in the first place. And also why he never speaks in complex sentences.
He's blown himself up with a bomb and dropped the baby into the lava, why would he even do that to himself?
