How about MB2, a game that's been running since 2004 and still gives me more enjoyment than modern day games. Man remember when games didn't charge you with micro-transaction first day and wasn't broken with glitches or unbalanced gameplay that keeps getting worse with every update.

It's true... I miss when games actually didn't look all brown and muddy texture. Where is the color! Where's the fun style of games that's not "We gotta be REAL and have all sorts of guns that doesn't matter because everything dies in 1 shot." Games just aren't as creative as before and we rely on indie games for those type of creativity.

Well thankfully that line of thinking and the focus on MUH REALGRIT seems to be lessening....but time will tell.

I mean, I sure love playing some fps games. But I'm so tired of seeing a game that's just play with a toxic community of kids who don't even know the difference between Zelda and Skyrim. Like I like to play fps games that isn't just about your ranking, the one where you mess around and have "fun". I would say tf2, but that new update sure was great by removing the things that made playing pubs fun. I just play Movie Battles 2 nowadays just to mess around and toy with people as they miss every shot to hit me.

I went to go play Black ops 2 after all this time and won 14 battles in a row in Free for all to see if I still got it. a shotgun/sniper mix is OP. All this FPS talk made me want to play one. :3

It's obviously a good mix, you chose the perfect weapon for close quarters and a good weapons for long range combat. I mean I would've chose the same if I ever decide to play multiplayers on those games again.

Yeah, I'm good with that "quickscope" trick people use, not a master but pretty okay with it. Small maps are my best maps, people are closer and I get better shots with a shotgun, I gave it some extra stuff so it can kill from a far. Larger maps where people are far apart is where the sniper comes in. I also have bombs in some places for cheap kills.

When it came to online, I would 98% of the time play zombies as it is always fun to survive 70+ rounds. I stopped playing regular multiplayer after the first Black ops. The other games never interested me on playing multiplayer so I just mostly played the game for single player or zombies if the game has it. Now when it comes to console games, I either play Battlefield since I enjoy the huge maps to snipe and drive on with a bit of trolling, or Halo for the really fun community created content that you don't get in any other console shooter game.

I mostly play shooters on pc nowadays due to its community created content and games to mess around with and not get yelled at for your ranking. Seriously, I really don't like competitive stuff as it annoys me to play with toxic people.

ew, i played CoD AW and got:
ganked
spawn killed
camped out
flushed out of a camping point
nuked
mario'd
one instance of a mulitkill
one instance of marioing someone
an expolsive crossbow that isnt as good as it seems
a burst rifle that generates ammo, and is OP
Kyowned by someone other than kyon
a few dodge kills

and a really sweet n sour time. mostly sour.

Mess around, don't play competitive or you'll become toxic like 95% of CoD players. Usually I play fps to mess around in them, not for k/d. Trust me, it's more fun when you mess around. Just do it on another game since CoD is basically 1 shot kill with everything.

true, after all its not like its supposed to be a job or something *stares at job simulator* *wink*

I mean if you want to be the most competitive player, I would recommend Quake over any fps game for competitive. But yeah just bunny hop around and be creative on how you attack players.

I need to find something to do, but what, and how? I got nothing to do but yell medic on a game with no medic, making the medic call really useless.

That is hilarious : p

I dont think online multiplayer games are for me. I sometimes dont even enjoy having someone next to me in the same room when I play a game : p Kinda hope this online gaming thing dies off one day. Though they still make plenty of single player exclusive games (I think?) so I guess I dont really need to worry.

Though Im not even keeping up with the current generation of video games anyway, so I guess I dont really have anything to worry about : p
