What's something weird that's pleasing to your senses.

That "see-though" aesthetic where the internal parts of a device are intentionally being made to see instead of hiding them from sight.
Examples:

  • the transparent Gameboy Color version where you can see the chips and circuits boards.
  • certain experimental architectural styles where the infrastructure is part of the design.
  • guitar amplifiers and custom radios with the vacuum tubes on display.
  • clocks with the gears, shafts, springs etc. exposed.
  • those fancy-style lamps with transparent switches and power cords.
