Wario definitely gets slowed down when picking up larger enemies in Wario Land 4. Compare his speed when carrying a Spear-Mask vs when carrying a Ringosukī. He throws the former way further, and moves at a speed close to his normal fast walking...

It's nice to hear that Miyamoto doesnt want toilet humor in the movies, but also sad that fart humor is the first thing he thinks of when he thinks of Wario? -
Wario Land 4 changed my life. When I couldn't call my friends or mom in summer camp, and when nobody was my friend at that camp, Wario was my friend. Wario taught me to be bold, don't be a wimp! But most importantly, and I know it sounds cheesy...
