Finally got Rivals of Aether for the holidays. I don't gel with most fighting games, but when I'm playing as Hotel Mario and thinking up characters to design and add to the workshop myself, it's hard to get heated over!

Heartbreaking update: Game lures you into a false sense of security by making you think you're good at the game on one difficulty level (consistently beating max level CPUs) before kicking your teeth in on the next level of diffculty (online "casual" matches).
Sigh... I was hoping this game wouldn't remind me of why I ditched Smash. Ah well; the novelty of playing as Dan Backslide is still too strong for me to throw this title away.

I won't be here again until I beat Mario Kart World. I got a Nintendo Switch 2 today, and now I can play the forgotten Wario game, Mario & Wario (it's only playable on the NS2 due to mouse controls)

I think you can play it on Switch 1 if you plug in a USB mouse.

In all seriousness why I titled myself that, it's because I think the world is large enough that there is likely someone out there who I've never met who's an even bigger fan than I. Maybe someday we can join our forces...

Nope, Ancient Cheese weirly enough. For whatever reason I kept missing my bomb throws which would tragicaly end my combos and when I did my throws correctly and got to the end, I realized Gerome was still with me.

That happened to me a few times too. Or I'd flat out miss a secret room thinking I'd already found it.

P ranking is stressful as hell, but damn is it satisfying when you pull it off!

I had a dream that Nintendo announced a new Mario Kart game already, and some details I remember were: Jigglypuff was a playable character, Wario WASN'T IN THE GAME, and New Donk City was a racecourse

It just makes me want to throw up seeing this. AI should not be using forum boards as information sources, and it also makes me want to throw up seeing how many people use Gen-AI to do stuff like getting information, when AI is bad on SO MANY LEVELS.

Fortunately a lot of those aren't related to AI services. For example, Ahrefs is an SEO measurement tool, and quite a few others are search crawlers.

I probably should look into blocking the likes of OpenAI at some point though.

alexa would be another one to block, since that could spread misinformation (she scrapes sites when asked a question, my Alexa even says where she got the information when I ask her a question)

Seriously, I was kinda skeptical about the focus about speed in the game since a lot of speedy indie games have the issue of not being very fun for me since they are usually more style over substance but this is not this game's case.

Gonna be honest, if Nintendo and Illumination make a Donkey Kong movie, they should just remake/repurpose the Return to Krocodile Isle animation as the reveal trailer.

We all know K Rool and the Kremlings will be the villain after Bananza, and that video sells them to people perfectly.

If nothing else I would at least like to see Benedict Campbell reprise his K. Rool, he absolutely owns the voice for that character to me, and it's much more interesting than something deep and gruff like the grumbles he gets in Bananza.
