    I should've learned from school not to care about other people's business even if I know they need help. First, people won't do the same for you, second, their problem becomes your problem too and I don't need more problems.

    It's definitely best to be make sure your own affairs are in order before taking on others problems. Having others dump their problems on you when you're already dealing with serious problems of your own is never a good thing for either parties.

    When it seems like someone is having an issue, and im in a good position myself to ask them about it and listen to them, I'll do it. But at the same time ill totally decide NOT to do so if I feel overly stressed out myself. Its a kind thing to give some of your time to listen to someone else vent their problems to you and maybe even give advice, but its certainly not your responsibility to do so. If you're feeling overly stressed, its a good thing to take some time for yourself, and if you have a friend willing to talk with you about it, take up their offer to do so.

    Hope you feel better soon, dont be too hard on yourself.

    I'm not really mad in the sense that I wasn't the one doing it, I'm just mad that I shouldn't have done any of it and should've used that time for other things instead. Plus the way I got pushed back was quite hurtful.

    Even most of the people who claim that Nintendo should tend to their more obscure franchises like F-Zero or Punch-Out seem to forget about Wario Land. Its a niche of a niche despite having good sales.

    I'd love to see them bring back F-Zero, but I don't mind punch-out, since they seem to keep doing the same over and over. Wii was a remake of the NES, pretty much.

    Well each game has something unique about it and after the NES Punch Out the release became very spread apart so i don't find it particularly repetitive, However if every console or even hand held gad a Punch Out i'd be singing a different tune. F-Zero also gotta come back pronto before Mario Kart takes all the ideas that could be used for F-Zero and/or Mario Kart get's more crossover happy and adds Captain Falcon to placate fans. They're both great series that gotta return IMO. P.S. sorry if this is way long for a profile comment.

    What changed so radically, Jack? I thought maybe you'd broken up with your girl and just got tired and frustrated with life.

    As far as the forums go, I got pretty miserable after the Colonel left. I really miss that fella. He was such a knowledgeable guy with music and animation... but he was totally wasted here. No doubt about it. He could no longer fit in.

    Well, that's part of the change. Everything online sort of changed.
    Irl, there were also changes but not as radical as this. Forget about it, I'm going through a fase. I'm in a strong depression and just now did I realise it.

    If we all start to use words 'because we have a personal definition for them', then we'll never understand each other. Words have one definition, go look it up, don't go around saying you said that word because that's what it means to you.

    I agree with this in part, though I will mention that language is fluid and changes over time. What the majority of the population use a word to mean is that word's meaning. It's not like French where some committee gets together to decide how the language works.

    I know ads help and all but dang, there's like 4 to 5 ads per page sometimes, right next to eachother. I can barely find the topic title sometimes...
