Anyone feel the internet is surprisingly quiet recently? Feels like a lot of the excitement that used to be there has faded.

Saw someone... morally questionable behaviour by certain members of the Wario fandom elsewhere. Anyone that does illegal stuff like that will be banned from these forums.
Good grief seeing posts about Super Mario Land 1 and 2 online makes me cringe. Saw someone legitimately say the former was a 'failure', and others act like it sold worse than Super Mario Galaxy.
As someone who loves both games, statistically speaking, both Mario Land 1 and 2 outsold either Galaxy game.
Am I crazy or is October way too early to put up Christmas decorations? Because that's what this town did...
Oh hey I collaborated with a bunch of other Zelda YouTubers on a wishlist video for the Ocarina of Time Switch 2 remake
God YouTube is so dull nowadays. Once in a blue moon I'll get some amazing project or documentary suggested, but usually it's just... nothingness. The same generic formula following slop found everywhere else online now
Damn, I hate to sound too negative, but I do often question what my future is.
God the internet is so boring nowadays. I go on social media and it's just so... samey. How are people this repetitive? How do they enjoy this content?

Just announce a goddamn Wario Land game already...
Love how after my comment on usernames, the next one to approve was 'somewariowareref' or similar.
My advice to anyone who wants to get their account approved more quickly is to either have your name based on a famous fictional character (like a Wario series one), or set a unique avatar.
If there's one thing I've learnt over the last few years, it's that pretty much everyone responsible for running a large website is the worst possible person to run such a large site.
Social media is obvious here (*looks at Musk, Zuckerberg, etc), but wikis, forums, subreddits, etc seem like great examples too.
If I ever make a decent living again, I'm setting up replacements for a lot of websites.
God I still remember this article I wrote years ago. It basically led to me creating Wario Forums:
Why Doesn’t the Wario Series Have a Dedicated Fanbase?
Note: This article is seriously dated now, I set up Wario Forums since writing it. Join that community if you want to be a part of the number 1 Wario community! Usually, any remotely well known media…

Well, that's my second investigation style video done:
But I need to figure out what ones to schedule next week
So, Reddit is login only for old Reddit now. Hopefully people use forums like this one again.
Yay. It's way too hot here
Gonna be blunt, I've always found it kinda weird how many people seem so obsessed about getting credited for things ripped from games. Like, you didn't make it. Shouldn't the original company or developer get the credit instead?
If anyone wants to use anything I ripped from Wario Land 4 in their own projects, or any footage I recorded for YouTube, you don't need to ask or give credit.
Have a nice weekend I guess -
