Is this the best evidence of a new Wario Land game?

I think with Mario Wonder and Bananza, they've shown they want to actually try shaking things up again, so I do believe it'll be some crazy shit if it does happen. Likely won't be as crude as WL4 or World, but it would hopefully be unique.
As long as it actually feels like a Wario game. Shake It was way too easy and clean. I want a crazy, ugly, chaotic Wario game. And I want a bunch of transformations :zombiewariowl4:Shake It only had 3 and they were bland as hell.

If they somehow go the World route and included transformations, can you imagine what they would be like? Also hope the bosses are strange too, give me some Red-Brief J tier shit or something absolutely hideous

Fuck yeah! Bring back all the fan favourite bosses throughout! They brought back Cractus in the newest WarioWare so he'd better be there.

They also need to bring back Spoiled Rotten :SpoiledRotten: she'd be so much fun to beat the shit out of again.

I looked into it a little bit and unfortunately this account isn't the direct source of leaks and they just repeated stuff from other sources. I saw that in a comment when I first saw the article, so then I went to the gaming rumors and leaks subreddit to confirm, and the people there mentioned the Rayman stuff was just repeated and they're probably basing this rumor off the Wario Land one from a few months ago. I even saw a top comment whose username sounded like an alt of the very same person claiming the Wario Land rumors in the first place, and they said there's been nothing new announced and they're just claiming what's been said already

That being said, at the time, among those Wario Land rumors was Star Fox, which turned out to be true!

Eh, I'll believe it when I see it with my own two eyes.
I want to believe, I really do, but with how long the series has been dead and the history of past "leaks" or "rumors" that turned out to be nothing (I still remember the Virtual Boy Wario Land 3DS remake rumors from a few years ago), I'm taking this with a grain of salt. If this is true and we do get a new Wario Land, then I'll gladly admit I'm wrong and eat crow and what not, but I'm not gonna jump to conclusions.

If this does turn out to be true (and trust me, I do deep down), then I hope it's a true return to form for the series. I also hope it's a new game and not a remake like Star Fox. I'll be okay with a remake, but I would much rather have something new instead.

Nintendo seems to have been giving Wario some more attention lately, like Wario World on that NSO thing and the Wario Land track in Mario Kart World so I'll be extra hopeful for tomorrows Nintendo Direct.
