02 is the final boss and main antagonist of Kirby 64.
Known for being a very bloody boss fight in an otherwise rather cutesy game.
Never had such a fight with 02 before, the only ending I got was the girl looking at me with an evil look, knowing younger me I thought a Kirby 64 2 was on it's way, lol.
Nah, that just means you got the bad ending by not collecting all of the crystal shards.
I swear, these crystals are harder to find than star coins, I tried re-playing the game two years ago, but could not find the rest of the crystals...
