I just to rant out about that Jontron hate going on around the socials media and all the SJWs went full-retarded mode with the man himself because he has conservative viewpoints.

Because apparently, if you have a career on Youtube, you must obligatory have the same personal beliefs from the typical tumblrtards.
If not, it's torches and witch hunt no-stop.

...

These people disgusts me.
A good beating on those SJWs will be great for their health, that's for sure.

Lets hope they dont decide that vandalism and harassment is the correct response to this : p
I wasnt happy about hearing this news either. Am angry by this new trend of disagreeing with me = bigotry.

One thing that bothers me while working is when a customer comes and asks me about a product weve had before. When I have to tell them that we sold out of them and dont have anymore, and they like get mad and tell me about how we had them before on some display.

Telling me that we carried it a week ago will not change the fact that we dont have it anymore : p We do not sell the same products every week, anyone who shops at my store should already know that coming in : p Getting mad at me and making a fuss in front of everyone wont change the fact that weve sold out of a product : p

I think some people cant accept the fact that once somethings gone, its gone. Dunno why thats hard to accept, haha.

All this 80s throwback stuff kind of bugs me. Mostly because I feel like it cheapens the mystique of the actual 80s. Also, while I welcome things inspired and derived from the past, people are just straight up copying stuff from the 80s rather than really making original stuff.

All this nostalgia pandering as a whole is also making me sick.

You know what really bothers me about fiction? The phenomenon that many fictional works, (save for those aimed at young children) will inevitable turn a more grubbier and darker side. Don't get me wrong, I still like some dramatic and darker works, for example A Series of Unfortunate Events, which is still pretty dark despite its (mostly black) comedy. But I don't like it when this happens to a series that was initially meant to be lighthearted but decides to take the dramatic path instead. This is one of the reasons I've lost much of my interest in Harry Potter.

Flintstones wasn't really for kids but...

Couldn't agree more. That's exactly what happened to Young Dracula - a really fun, lighthearted comedy series about a modern-day Dracula and his family moving into a house on the outskirts of an English country town. After winning a slew of awards, the show got far too big for its boots, and eventually warped itself into a dark teen drama. I found it miserable and depressing after that, but the early seasons were witty and hilarious.

I've never watched the Flintstones, but I've always thought it was a children's series. But I could be wrong.
Well, the original cartoon was basically an animated sitcom in the style of say the Honeymooners. By the 70s I think, Hanna-Barbera's demographic focus shifted to kids. The difference can especially be seen if you compare the 60s Jetsons vs the 80s Jetsons.

This is also a bit of a pet peeve, but I always get a bit annoyed when someone claims that a certain piece of media (mostly video games) is of good quality for the sole reason that it is from a certain country. (Which, not surprisingly, often happens to be their own country.) As if the nationality of the creators has any impact on the quality. And if a game, movie, etc. is good then what does it matter from which country it is? Nationalism is one thing, but saying that something a creator from your country has made is superior because of that is just plain ridiculous.

I recently met someone who told be they hated a game without even playing it. This makes me mad as most of the experience you get from a game is by playing! Ok, there's visual novels and such, those don't have much gameplay, but I'm talking about platformers and rpgs! Watching someone play, no matter how many times, it's not the same as grabbing a controller and experiencing it first hand!

That's what some people call a weaboo (if the work is from Japan). Honestly though, I suspect many people with beliefs like this are simply ignorant to the existence of the import filter. They just don't get that only 'good' (or at least popular) works get exported and that almost every market in the world has thousands of terrible works released in it every year.

I hate getting up a 3 AM to take a piss and then i bang my toe so hard against the wall that 1/3 of my nail just peels off.

I recently downloaded a nightlight app to alleviate this problem and now the missus thinks i'm a pansy who hates the dark.

Guess i'll go back to injuring my toes to the point of not being able to walk.

Somewhat political, but the current trend of high school kids demanding semi automatic rifles being banned is annoying.

Now, I am NOT a gun nut. I do not own a gun, and I dont want to own one. But that doesnt mean I want others to lose their right to have these weapons for themselves. And I like to think Im a little more informed than the usual emotional anti gun kinda people to be able to make up my mind on my own.

I know that semi automatic means pull the trigger, one bullet comes out. So banning semi automic rifles means banning rifles. And I think this is awful.

No one denies that such school shootings are awful, they are absolutely unnacceptable. But people that use the emotional reaponse of others in order to create laws that they want annoy me. We cannot suddenly get rid of a peoples right to be armed to defend or take care of themselves because some kids are having a hard time dealing with a very awful situation. I think everyone is willing to talk about ways to prevent such things happening again. But people shouldnt be lead to believe that this right should be taken away from people because young people are having a hard time dealing with thia situation.

Its also fair to point out that taking away guns doesnt prevent people who want to kill from killing. Look at the terrorist in Europe who used cars to harm and kill others. Bad people who want to do bad things will find other means to do the bad things they want to do.

It's really a complicated problem that can't be solved just by slapping a new law on it. It's really a societal problem that I think everyone(or at least Americans) really need to think about.
