Say thanks!
And no I haven't, although that is an idea... I'll definitely have to look into that.
I only ask you this because at some point in the future I want to make a spiritual successor to Wario Land and I really want similar sounding music for the game. I am looking around for talent and I'm just curious what you can do for original arrangements.

I recreated the themes for a few of Wario's micro-games. The vibraphone/slightly wobbly vibraphone (Celeste?) used in that first tune is exclusive to the WarioWare SF (just like the vocals for aAAAAH, IT'S HUnGrAa!!!) from what I can tell, so I just used the regular vibraphone.
The final one was the one that started this whole thing. Escape!

If any of you have seen my friend ChocolateJake's MIDI for Stonecarving City-- that was the true catalyst for this creation

Here are two Wario Land 4 mixes I did of Mother 3, using MIDIs taken from that "Ultimate Mother 3 Rip." I had to do a little bit of repairing to pitch-bending and the like, but the results are pretty alright :Y

Here's the last one(s) I have right now.
The first one was me attempting to compose, as Pigmask Colonel's latest Wario Land 4 tracks had me feeling inspired. The annoying thing with me is that I'm very good at detecting and manipulating-in-order-to-have Wario sounding music, but I can't compose very well at the moment, so it either sounds too repetitive, too improvisational, or both. It's a far cry from "Wario Land 4 Inspired Song," unfortunately, but I'm surprised it came out as well as it did.
The second one was me fooling with !!!!!'s Mt. Lava Lava MIDI

I love this, thank you!
And thank you in turn. Seeing as how the quote was trimmed to focus on "the first one," I take it you enjoyed my very improvisational "Wah Thang" lol
Fun fact, it was originally set to be 110, same as Crescent Moon Village, and the bass was in a different key, but I moved it down a few keys so it'd match up with the Electric Piano better. It's not really all that melodic, but I like to think it's at least a decent listen, and I'm really proud that you seem to think so as well :gwdancing: I can only hope that after this first semester at Berklee I'll know enough about writing music that I'll be able to produce a more Pigmask Colonel level of jam.

Also I just listened back to that second Bass section (after EP permanently joins the roster) and daggum I don't remember it sounding that bumpin' when I was editing it. The goal was to make it mesh with the EP better and I accidentally made it sound better than it :O

Yeah I meant Wah Thang, I think it sounds nice. Almost like something out of Wario Land itself.
Well, I was trying to emulate Pigmask's style, and his are also very much like that, so I can only thank you from the bottom of my heart. I think it has a lot to do with how I wrote the drums, because Wario Land 4's drum tracks tend to be a bit unconventional yet still peppy and orderly like that.

Hey everybody, I updated my Crescent Moon Village MIDI

GM version: https://www.vgmusic.com/new-files/CMV_3.mid
WL4 soundfont version: https://www.vgmusic.com/new-files/CMV_3_WL4ver.mid

Excerpt from GM version's upload notes:
It was my 1-year anniversary as a MIDI publisher five days ago! Ironically though, this huge update I made for CMV was just because I'd been meaning to do it for a while and only just now actually remembered AND bothered to do it.

Hello Robin, CM30, Pigmask, J.A.W.F., thank you all so much for readily accepting me into WAA Forums. Your positivity has always been a joy to see, and I find it astounding that negativity on there is so rare that it feels inherently off-putting, and that's something to be admired.

Sounds pretty good to me! Some of the instrumentation isn't perfect, but still, that could just be my computer's sound card not being perfect instead.

And thanks for the kind words about the community. We always try to be positive here.
were you using the version of the soundfont that I put up on Polyphone?

Okay, so I thought up a little jazz ditty, a sort of Tom and Jerry kind of brass blare, and before I forgot it I wrote it down. Then, because it was so short, I had the brilliant idea of turning it into Microgame BGM. I added some sound effects, a bass line, an acoustic guitar backing, added a harmony reminiscent of the Brass from that Wario Jewel Thief Escape! microgame's harmony, and here we are.
