Mushrooms are really tasty, shiitake's are great! Even by themselves you can eat them, usually mix them in with salads though. They also work with beef and broccoli, just add in some mushrooms.

mushrooms work out really well if you cook them right. like, if i couldn't eat meat, id have a lot more mushrooms in the house.

Breaded and or stuffed mushrooms are fantastic as well.

Various types of mushrooms also have distinct tastes, such as the " chicken of the forest " aka Laetiporus Sulpherus. It's got a nice texture to it that isn't very tough to chew.

I'm sick... :/
I'm staying home from school, which doesn't make work easier. I'm doing my best, though. And if I had gone to school, I probably wouldn't have been able to do much anyway as I would've been exhausted, and if I want to get better I shouldn't exhaust myself.

cant you take a sick day from work; ignoring the whole "never call in sick when you're actually sick" thing that people seem to be doing.

Self care is super important. It's better to take a day off to rest than to push yourself.
