The phrase specifically came from a streamer named Joel from Vinesauce saying the name of the game (7 Grand Dad) over and over for about a minute in disbelief. He's Swedish and has a sort of thick accent too so the way he says it can be funny to listen to. GilvaSunner specifically broadcast the meme and mentioned it somewhere on his channel so that's why it's as well known as it is.
