Right after I submitted my reply I got five coins, I'm not sure what I did but I'm thinking it had something to do with me posting a reply.
There's an entire thread that explains what it is. Basically you get coins everytime you post something.
I haven't seen any threads other than the Social Thread, which I might add that whenever I load up Wario Forums it loads this specific page of the forums.
