While Wario is mostly known for his signature purple overalls and perhaps more recently his biker get up, Wario has worn quite a few outfits. That being said which one is your favorite? Personally I would like to see more references to his rather weird NES Wario's Woods color scheme.

Hhhmm while Wario's classic design made him very notable especially during the era of the GB/GBC where you'd see his more long sleeve and black/white appearance I'd personally have to go with his modern short sleeve look. All around it made him look more intimidating showing off his muscles to those pesky dolphin invaders in Master of Disguise or those mooks in Greenhorn forest it just screams biker gang material.

The classic long sleeves design is the best design in my astonishingly humble opinion. I've got nothing against the short sleeves, I just prefer long sleeve shirts to short sleeves.

Wario's biker getup is pretty cool in its own right, but I wouldn't want it to become his default look (I'm looking at you Sakurai).

I prefer short sleeves because he shows that is not a fatass, is a muscle man can fight with his own hands monster bigger than he. But in SSB we have Wario Taco Bell version, if you know what i mean :p

But... the sprite he posted? Is that the only sprite where you can't see his long sleeves, then?

They're long there too. He's just flexing his muscles so huge that the shirt is extremely tight on his arms, making them appear bare. Look near his upper arms, there is no short sleeve, and Wario never wears a tank top.

While I love his classic outfit and all that (Especially the short sleeved one.), I'll be part of the minority here that prefers his Biker Outfit. It's just such a badass looking outfit and it fits Wario's overall personality very well IMO. (Though on the other hand, I much prefer his Yellow/Purple classic scheme over his Blue/Pink/Yellow biker one and I wish they kept that Scheme instead.)

WarioWare: Touched! had the best version of Wario's biker outfit.

Gotta go with the short-sleeves modern look. I feel like it's the most emblematic of Wario as a character, and the most associated with his series of platform adventures.

I do like WarioWare's outfit, of course, and it's nice to see the guy in another set of clothes sometimes. But to me, nothing beats the main Wario Land look.

Honorable mention goes to Wario's safari hat - as seen in games like Wario Land and Virtual Boy Wario Land. It's a cool, subtle spin on his classic outfit, and I feel like it suits a treasure-hunting adventure perfectly.

I think the short sleeves version of the classic look works best here. Makes Wario look more 'badass' than his other outfits do, and it differentiates him a bit more from Mario than the version with longer sleeves.

It's a tough choice for me. I've always loved Wario's trademark overalls, and the short sleeves are probably my favorite. They show off his super swole biceps. The biker outfit is definitely a close second for me, as it's a completely original design for him that still retains all of his "Warioness". The Safari Hat is also awesome. It'd be really cool if in the next Wario Land game we could change his outfit.
