  • ¨Guess who's back! Yes, that's right, it's me, the one and only Santa Waus! What? No, I'm not Wario, nor his lousy alter ego Wario-Man. Let's get this straight: I have absolutely nothing to do with these losers. Santa Waus works alone, with only the help of his little Fronks. But anyway, you're here for the presents aren't you? Well about that: you might get one, but only if you post, like and rate enough! Or maybe you won't get anything at all, depending on how I feel like! WAHAH- ...uhm, I mean, HOHOHO!¨
Have you ever had that feeling that you just want to sleep, not so much because you're sleepy, but more because you just want to be ¨somewhere else¨ for a while? Because I have that feeling every now and then.
That feeling when you want a new avatar but your files are full of goomba pics and old high school drawings... Well, it's better than none after all.

Thanks. But now that I remember, this drawing wasn't from high school, but the first year of my current education. I got inspired by electric symbols and I was really bored, so I constructed this with compasses and ruler. I did make similar things in high school though. Maybe I need to pick it up again.
I am seriously considering to capitalise the ¨a¨ and ¨fan¨ in my username. What do you guys think: should I do it or is my username great as it is?
Every night again, when I hop into my warm comfy bed, I hope that I will have an awesome dream about my favourite video game characters going into a wild adventure. But everytime I wake up in the morning, I can hardly remember anything about a dream. And if I do have one, it's always about some shitty real-life event that happened to me. Hmpf :(
Someone on youtube once remarked about how the ¨bah¨-sound in the overworld theme of NSMB Wii sounds like ¨fuck¨ and now I can't unhear it.

Bah... Never liked the sound to begin with, so that just 'improves' it for me whenever I have to listen to it in Smash Bros.

I actually like it, but not the in the NSMB 2 overworld theme which sounds as if it was sung by Minions.

Sounds nothing like fuck to me
Nothing personal but... I find your current signature really obnoxious. It's funny seeing it the first time... but after having to see it over and over while trying to read your posts it gets really distracting.
Can't you make it smaller at least? Like... a lot?
You know what I consider the most overused cliché in all of fiction? The ¨parents-are-dead¨ trope. Seriously, sometimes it seems as if there are more children in fiction without parents than with parents, especially in RPG's and comics. But not all cases of this are bad or unoriginal. I really like A Series of Unfortunate Events for example.

That series is really good at using tropes and clichés simply because it has the perfect balance of taking itself seriously and not taking itself seriously at all. Even the most played out clichés can be fun in that series because it's so self-aware about it.

Alot of the jrpgs Ive played, the main character has one living parent, and another who was tragically murdered somehow and the hero has to get revenge for it : p Also amnesia, SOMEONE has it. In like every other rpg someone cant remember something important.
Super Mario Bros, Super Nintendo Entertainment System, Super Game Boy... Nintendo used to be obsessed with the word super, didn't they?

I remember when the GBA was dying out in 2007 and retail stores were getting rid of stock and throwing out old promotional signs/tags.

I was in a K-Mart store I frequented, and I ripped off a "Life Advanced" store banner which had decorated the GBA game shelf since 2001 or 2002. Yeah, Angler is a filthy thief. Heheh. I knew it was destined for the dumpster out back. Just a little memento from an ending era.

You know were gonna have to alert the authorities, Angler. Im calling them right now.

....You wouldn't do that to your former gang leader, would ya, MW? You can't put me back in the joint for ripping off a measley GBA sign ten years ago! I can't stand another day of that "cuisine" they serve at the Cook County Jail!
Is it just me or have both the ESRB and PEGI become more and more strict over the years?

What are some examples since I never pay attention to game ratings.

This doesn't apply just to ratings but also to the censors that are linked to them.

Minor blood/gore being changed from red to green in zelda ocarina of time(along with a certain song), dragon quest journey of lost king had to get a censor for one of the female lead's outfits to prevent a higher rating. Waifu emblem head patting. I'm too lazy to look up more I forgotten.

EDIT: if you really want to look up more, just go to the ESRB official site and search for old and new games, you'll notice some patterns

NSMB1 got a pegi 12 on Virtual Console because of one minigame of poker against Luigi. Ridiculous to say the least.
