"YAIBEN SAIKEN WAAAAARIO VURGAIDEN"
He's actually saying Jij bent zeker Wario vergeten: ¨You almost forgot Wario.¨
No commentary on DK's voice. That's just plain off.
"YAIBEN SAIKEN WAAAAARIO VURGAIDEN"
I can't help but point out once more that the animation on this WL3 one is PERFECT! It's so accurate!
I mean just look!

Recreated with every last detail. I love that so much!
Or look at how in the WL4 commercial they even change the color of the countdown timer from white to yellow, to red, just like in the game.
AAAHHHH I LOVE IT!
A German commercial for Mario Kart 64. Wario still sounds like you'd expect him to, but it's hilariously weird to hear him yelling "YAIBEN SAIKEN WAAAAARIO VURGAIDEN". And DK's voice afterwards sounds so bizarrely dignified; has he just never had a fitting actor in animation?
Japanese: Chikao Otsuka.Who is the VA for the original Wario commercials, though? He made like six of them yet I can't find his name, which especially sucks since I think Charles based his Wario off of that guy's.

USA: James Sawyer

Don't mean to be rude, but is there any evidence for this? Can't find much about either voice actor online...
That's the problem, the actor's name can be found on the comment section but nothing else.Don't mean to be rude, but is there any evidence for this? Can't find much about either voice actor online...

If it isn't German, then, is it Dutch, or Hungarian, or something? Why is a German commercial not in German? Unless they had only DK speaking non-German, in which case I still don't know what it is.*mijn, it's not German.

Commercials don't tend to really release credits due to the transient nature of them. However, Chikao Otsuka's voice is very distinct and pretty much no other Japanese seiyuu had a voice like his.Don't mean to be rude, but is there any evidence for this? He did actually voice him in a game, in one of those Satelleview games I think, Excitebike: Bun Bun Mario Battle Stadium. Though you could only hear his voice when it was originally broadcasted since otherwise it used his Mario Kart 64 voice clips but the credit is there.
