When I created it in 2014. Wait, it's been 10 years now?

Uh, hard to say. Probably a ROM hack or fan game I can't remember, since there are lots of possibilities there.

Hard to say. At the moment, probably Tears of the Kingdom.

Unless you count Wario Blast, then no.

It would certainly be a cool idea. I'd be up for it.

And yeah I think I have a few. Not many though.

Eh, it's less the age and how old your are now compared to back then. Ten years flew by! I would have definitely guessed you were in your 20s when you made this place though, that just sounds like the age of someone opening a forum dedicated to Wario.

Oh didn't see this. To answer your questions:

I don't really have much of an interest in the Street Fighter franchise. I tried a few of the games, but most fighting games in general just aren't my thing mechanics wise.

I'd definitely want at least one WarioWare character playable in Super Smash Bros, though I'm not sure who.

Eh the new DK is fine. Not sure I like seeing him wear clothes though.

Sure, though it seems unlikely given how hard it is to book a table there. I do want to visit Japan at some point, but I doubt I'd get to visit the cafe.

Somewhat. I did play Super Mario Run before, I did play Pokemon GO before, and I play a bit of Pokemon TCG Pocket. Most mobile games are generally worse than their console equivalents though.

What inspired to make a Wario site specifically and not one of an other franchise? Do you feel a special connection to the Wario series or is it just because there was already sites for the other franchise you were interested in?

At the moment, probably Super Hard mode. The other modes are way too easy.

Practically speaking, because nothing existed. As I said in an article ages ago, the Wario community was surprisingly spread out online, without much in the way of big communities dedicated to the series. I felt at least part of this was because people gave up too quickly, and abandoned the idea when activity didn't immediately come.

So I decided to make a Wario fan site and stick with it in the long term. My initial plan was literally "keep this going for 10 years, or until someone else makes an equally popular/more popular community for the series".

As you can tell, no one else made an equally active community, and there was little else out there for Wario fans, so I kept at it. This is the centre of the Wario community now, and I refuse to let it end up back in another dark ages where discussions are split across semi inactive Discord servers and social media posts.

It's worth noting that I have a tendency not to give up anything that's taken a while. Gaming Reinvented still exists despite being fairly inactive for ages, and my fan project is still in development after 12 years. At this point, Wario Forums will probably last until the end of the universe.
