I only played the portable games so far (WL 1-4 and Warioware) but I think that not a big deal for taking part in discussions.

Shall I recommend you try Virtual Boy Wario Land, too? Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

As you will come to learn, I most certainly second this, although I highly recommend you give it a go on the console proper if you manage to sniff one out in your area. The oftentimes atrocious emulators are far from sophisticated, let alone an accurate Virtual Boy experience.
