Haha, I see, well Ive been using my ammo on zombies in the first one, think I have like 15 pistol ammo and no shot gun ammo so hopefully I can find more here soon : p And yeah 25, apparently its not really so much rare, but in high demand, so they can get away with charging more for it : p Ive always wanted Harvest Moon 64, for like ever. And its generally like 30-40$. Same with Paper Mario, I havent had them yet because the price tag : /

And yeah, same. Wish it were more popular, may have gotten a sequel or whatever. But at least we have the game itself : p And haha yeah I heard about the Vyse being in the racing game with an SoA level, Id play it just for that : p Wish they added Aika too, though. I mean if you have Vyse you should have Aika anyway. Is like having Mario without Luigi.

And yeah I heard about sme crazy thing with graphics no longer being an issue, some people in Australia doing some thing that was thought to be impossible or whatever. I dont really even care though : p I was happy enough with 6th generation graphics, dont feel they need to be any better now : p

And really? Haha Drecast has like a hardcore fan base who obsess over that console : p Its the favorite of like 90% of Sega nerds, it seems : p And yeah Grandia looks cool, would like to try it. Would also like to have SoA for Dreamcast, the case for the Dreamcast version is like 100% prettier anyway : p

Man 25$? To me it's not even worth 10$ Since these games came out 20 years ago, it's not like you see the average joe walk into a store wanting some retro games. It's probably better to check online or a vintage video shop or even a thrift store if you're lucky enough to find a hull of old games. Harvest Moon 64 would be badass to own but 30$ for it no way same with paper mario. This high demand for old games it's kind of getting ridiculous with the pricing.

Part of it is also Sega themselves. They didn't really market a lot of their other series if you noticed, they mostly paid attention to sanic the warrior of fast. It would have been great if SoA managed a sequel or anything at the least. Yeah having no Aika in it was a bummer, just only Vyse. It is better than no representation like some series.

A hardcore fanbase? Ah I see, yeah I'm definitely a Nintendo fan when it comes to that whole Sega Nintendo debate. Yet I feel like Sega could really benefit from bringing back their other series which I don't think they can anymore now. Having a new NiGHTS or Shinobu would have been neat as well. SoA on the Dreamcast is prettier? gotta check it out I've never seen gameplay of the Dreamcast version.

Yeah, I drew it but it took me 20 whole minutes just to draw out the whole head without any wobbly lines, which is not easy for somebody who has shaky hands like me, lol.

It's half way done now, I need to add some detail and shading and I'm done...unless new problems rise or I want to add even more things!

Ive heard its especially bad for Nintendo console games, cuz theyre so high in demand and junk. And Ive seen it too, as I cannot afford any nintendo game at all atm : p Is a bummer.

Haha yeah theyre still doing that, nothing but Sonic : p Is lame : p They have so many great franchises, but nope nothing but Sonic all day all the time : p Is a bummer. And yeah it is better than nothing, hopefully maybe one day theyll decide to do something with SoA again. I heard the people who made SoA were very interested in making a sequel, and it really looked like it was gonna happen, so maybe one day it can.

Oh Nintendo is always number one for me yeah : p But that doesnt mean I hate everything else : p Sega was great too. And yeah, Ive never tried Nights but have always wanted to. Sega has alot of great stuff, wish theyd do more with it.
And no just the case : p But honestly, Ive never actually seen the game on the dreamcast outside youtube, but from the videos I ese of it online, I actually do kinda wonder if the graphics are better : p I think it looks nice, yeah.

I showed my sister the drawing I'm working on and she said I was lying, I asked what and she told me I wasn't that good at drawing...:ashleyside: Say wahh?
i only tried drawing a lot on miiverse via 3ds. ITS FRICKING HARD AND TAKES TOO LONG!

i was only making improvised jokes with them anyway, so i stopped.

You'd be surprised. Don't forget how much I paid for Star Fox Assault.

I still don't see why there's so much demand for these old games. It's nice to have the problem is the price, why price a game of 20, 30 years old something high like 25$ or even more. Also I should have clarified by what I meant by " not worth 25$ " I'm not saying anything bad about the game itself, It's more of " since these games came out so long ago I don't see a reason why they should still cost so much. " situation.

The fact that they focus more of gotta go fast really doesn't appeal to me either it just makes me very irritated that they'd let their other series die out the way SoA and NiGHTS did. Would have loved to try the old NiGHTS game myself as well, only played the wii game and it was pretty bad. Depending on consoles sometimes graphics would be better well on certain ones anyways. Definitely a bunch of game companies not just Nintendo and Sega has also made great stuff like SNK and Konami.

@Magma Still though can't believe you paid so much for starfox assault and it's quite an old game and I don't think many people liked it very much either.

@Kyon should also try to draw jimmy t and all of his relatives.

One of the most rare old games would probably be clayfighter sculpture's cut. Mostly cause it's a game only used for rentals and no sales. This is probably what you meant by supply and demand.

ashley_and_red_body_swap_by_kyon000-da329g5.png

While Ashley and Red were working on a spell, something went wrong making both Ashley and Red swap bodies, Ashley doesn't know a swap back spell, so they are gonna be stuck like this for awhile.

"Red, you fool! What did you do?!" Ashley screamed

"I-I don't know, I might have grabbed the wrong ingredient" Red said, with fear.

"Well switch us back! I don't like having short arms and legs!" Ashley replied still screaming at him...or her?

This drawing is based on a story I made two years ago, it was a "what if" story, what if Ashley and Red swapped bodies? Long story short, Red wishes he had a day off, so after a spell goes wrong and swaps them Red takes advantage of it, he tells Ashley if she doesn't do what he wants he'll go around the city scream 'I love Wario' in her body. Ashley is pissed off and spends the day thinking what she'll do to Red once they swap back.

a story I never finished because my co-writer and I got into a fight, lol.

My next drawing - FIRE ASHLEY! (Ashley with Fire flower power up.)

That and the more people buying up the games and the less people selling them, meaning they are harder to get to sell to others. And on top of that, if people are willing to pay for a game, theyll totally raise the price. I heard RE2 for N64 isnt really all that rare, but people are willing to pay more for it so it raises the price I guess : p

I mostly play older games, actually. I pretty much buy old games only : p So theres a market for them : p

$30 it wasn't an outrageous price I just wanted to remind Metal how much these games can go for despite being old games.

Whoa, for real? Ive seen it for 17$ at my gamestore. Didnt think it cost that much.

Dont tell CMV btw, he said hed sell me his for 15$ >.>

Kyon, you should make an art thread, like in the general chit chat section cuz its not always about warioware. That way people can go there specifically to see and rate your artwork.

Ive been thinking about doing it for music I write for myself, but I dunno yet, am both kinda too lazy to record everything on low quality vocaroo and also I generally get like one or two people who comment on it when I do it : p

I was thinking about making a thread, but threads such as "Artwork" got me confused, do I post it there or can I make my own thread, got scared so I just posted here.

Well, I'm making Fire Ashley right now and next is Paper Ashley, why Ashley? Because she's fun to draw, but maybe I'll move to other characters, like the other ware cast or maybe even a remaster of my very old Luigi drawing.
