Yes I just haven't worked out in a while since I've stopped working out due to getting hurt.

The thing that constantly worries me is getting a hernia. Even when I used to lift heavy loads like firewood, I'd worry about lifting/carrying things the wrong way.
School is also a constant interruption. Very taxing to build a workout schedule around that.

It's just been raining for weeks! I could always go out side and play Suic- uh Pokémon Go and catch water pokémons, but that'll be too much work. I guess I'll just continue getting ready for October.

I used to only worry about hernias for lifting heavy objects or working out but I got injured another way oddly enough.

I was working at a gas station earlier this year and stuck having to lift 30 packs of Budweiser piled 10-15 feet high with a tiny two step ladder. I pulled a muscle stocking them one night and it led to me getting costochondritis, which left untreated essentially feels like you're having a heart attack (the condition itself is when you pull a muscle that connects ribcage muscles to your sternum).

Lesson here is just be careful lifting regardless. Bend with your knees and use adequate ladders.

Bloody hell, that's rough. That's exactly the kind of work I used to do in a Woolworths alcohol distributing warehouse. Lifting heavy slabs and boxes of liquor all day.

The warehouse had very narrow aisles, with people constantly driving forklifts and trolleys both ways. You had no space to lift/load safely. And they constantly had you on surveillance with a clock, so basically, every order you filled was a time trial. You had to race the clock to avoid the big men in suits coming down and giving you the breeze.

That sounds harsh. I'm so sorry. In my case I was just a gas station clerk who was racing against just not freezing my butt off in a 30 degree Fahrenheit cooler.

The back of the cooler was the same though, being very small and hard to navigate I mean. If it were bigger it sounds like it would be what you described.

I just noticed the channel who made this contacted me personally to tell me he made his own version of Ashley's song. Makes me think when somebody makes Ashley song covers they contact me to judge it, lol.

I have been spending my summer mainly with friends and family, and I limited my computer usage so I didn't spend my whole summer in the house, that and my mother doesn't want me on the internet for too long a day. I stayed off long enough that my mother says it is completely okay I use the computer for as long as I want for a week or so.

Yeah that's good, spending time online too much can ruin the whole summer...though I've been swimming almost everyday for the past two months, my family were given free tickets to go swimming for --- almost the whole summer. Speaking of which, we were going swimming in just an hour too. It's a big pool and not many people there. I gotta get going, but hopefully you'll be here when I get back.

It has been awhile since we talked. >:3

Nintendo : Hello and thank you for calling Nintendo consumer support, my name is ____ how may I help you?

Kyon : Um, yeah! hello. I've been playing your game "Super Smash bros" and when I got the assist trophy a girl in a red dress with two huge pigtails showed up and started waving a wand around. I found her real cute and her design was just breath taking. Would you happen to know her name?

Nintendo : Smash brothers?

Kyon : Y-yes.

Nintendo : ... (holds for like 10 seconds.)

Nintendo : I believe her name was Ashley

Kyon : Awesome, and in which game would she be from? or is she from Smash bros?

Kyon : Thank you so very much. What do you think of Ashley? just a fast question before I hang up.

Nintendo : Yeah, she's cool.

Kyon : Thank you. Goodbye

Nintendo : Yup. Thank you for calling Nintendo, have a nice day.
