Okay, this time I should make it more clear instead of just rating: it's not clear he's not defending child porn. The last paragraph makes it sound like he thinks it's not harmful, but he didn't make it completely clear that he thinks child porn is okay, and considering he correctly said that it's weird as beep, banning him just for that is really bad. I don't know who "Jared from Subway is", but he didn't defend his actions, he just thinks he's not a pedophile.

And even if "Jared from Subway" is a pedophile and Azure95 is wrong for defending him, straight up banning is too harsh.

The first line in that post is "I don't think having child pornography on your hard drive is so bad". That's saying the production and consumption (thereby fueling the former) of something harming children is acceptable. It's a thoughtless, indenfesible statement, and it's honestly shocking to me I have to spell that out.

You're right that it's "thoughtless". To be clear, I do think that having that stuff is really, really bad. But it doesn't sound like he understands what he's defending, and considering he also thinks child porn is crap, he deserves the benefit of doubt. Banning him without a warning, suspension or something is really bad.

I agree with Dumribble here, and I hope more stuff happened behind the scenes before this ban took place.
But let's change the subject now, and prevent people from getting banned for "defending a defender of child porn" d:rolleyes:
(I'm absolutely against child porn too, obviously. In fact, I hate porn in general. But here is not a place to discuss that.)

He basicly said that the existence and ownership of child porn isn't harmful or terrible, to me that's well deserving of a banning and worse, if he said that to me in RL I would punch him in the gut for that, child porn isn't something you EVER even remotly defend and it doesn't matter if he didn't think about what he said it was still disgusting and reprehensable and as I said, well deserving of a banning.

I'm not sure whether I should make a Smash fan game or a Wario Land fan game. A Smash fan game would be harder, but I want to make it more. I already had some ideas for characters in it, and I already had ideas for some bosses in my Wario Land fan game.

I might as well give some ideas I had for both fan games I wanted to make. I had a few more for Smash, but since you guys probably want Wario Land I'll give you guys some ideas I had for that.
I wanted to have everything good from every game into one game. It would mostly work like WL4, but beating levels would work like WL1. You simply go to the end, and you can find secret treasures throughout the way. However, you won't have to pay a ten-coin to beat the level. There would also be a few minigames you could play throughout levels. Transformations would be different, as they could take up a majority of a level and not be invincible. There could even be entire boss fights with one transformation.

The game would also have the Metroidvania elements of Wario Land 3, except instead of regaining all of his classic abilities, he will gain new abilities. So far, these new unlockable abilities I've thought of are:

Piledrive: A ground Pound while holding an enemy, based off Wario World. It's stronger and can break new blocks to get to different areas.

Charge attacks: Wario can also unlock the Head Bash, charged Ground Pound, and charged Power Throw.

Hammerheadbutt: The only ability I made up myself. A small headfirst underwater dash that doesn't have much distance, but can help reach new areas.

Earth Tremor: The Earthshake Punch from Shake It. Instead of shaking the entire screen and stunning all enemies on-screen, it sends a small shockwave that defeats enemies and can be used to solve certain puzzles. As you can tell, most of this game will be puzzle-based.

The story is simple. Wario is in his castle, and he thinks that he doesn't have enough money. Then he remembers when Mario beat him after he tried to take the Mushroom castle. So, he wants revenge. Mario would quickly get the news and send minions to stop (or at least slow down) Wario's progress. Therefore, every level after the first world would have Mario-based enemies.

Personally I'm up for a Smash fangame but that's all up to you. That new move you made up doesn't sound useful personally to me because fat Wario does the same thing but that's up to you to don't let me crush your dreams. Sounds neat.

Sounds great! Does "It would mostly work like WL4" mean it'd have a heart-based life system? (with possibly parts of hearts gotten back by killing enemies, like the red bubbles in WL4)
